Effect measurement – Norad`s programme for master studies (NOMA)

Abstract

Norads’ programme for master studies (NOMA) is a programme aimed at strengthening tertiary educational institutions in countries in the south through collaboration between Norwegian and local institutions. This working paper contains proposals for performance indicators for the NOMA programme. The main purpose of the indicators is to make it possible to assess whether capacity strengthening has taken place among higher education institutions in the South.
