dc.description.abstract• The purpose of this dissertation is to look at the creation of corporate culture through the use of corporate trainee programs. • Statoil is the company used as the example. • The study was done through qualitative research by interviewing four international trainees at two different times; first after they had been in Statoil for 3 months, then after 9 months in their job. • The theory on corporate culture used for this thesis is Organizational Culture and Leadership, by Edgar H.
